At Chefletics, we proudly stand behind the craftsmanship that we make and want you to love your apparel as much as we do! Your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused full-price merchandise in saleable condition with original tags attached for a refund orexchange within 14 days of delivery accompanied by proof of payment. All custom orders and laundered merchandise are final sale.
Any damage due to washing your fabric incorrectly (high heat) will not be exchanged either. Please read care instructions carefully. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer, and is not refundable. All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
