Chefletics offers free ground domestic shipping on all orders over $150. Ground shipping is $20, 2-Day shipping is $50, and next day air is an additional $125+. All shipments are sent via FedEx insured. Additional fees may apply, depending on weight of order and delivery zone.
We will need a physical mailing address. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Orders may be placed online at www.chefletics.com at any time and will be confirmed within 5-7 business days by a sales representative. Most items will ship within 5-7 business days, provided the items are in stock. If an item is out of stock, a representative will contact you with an estimated delivery date. You will be notified via email when your order ships and will be provided with tracking details.
Orders placed during holiday season or when there is a high volume of orders may take longer than the allotted time window. A sales representative will notify you with a general lead time if the production time is longer than anticipated.
