Returns & Exchanges

At Chefletics, we proudly stand behind the craftsmanship that we make and want you to love your apparel as much as we do! Your satisfaction is important to us.

Items purchased on Chefletics.com may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unworn, unaltered, unlaundered items in original packaging. All custom orders are final sale. Tags must be attached on garment for a full refund. Any damage due to laundering your garment incorrectly (high heat) does not qualify for an exchange. Please read care instructions carefully.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization Number. Please email: hello@chefletics.com for your RA number.

Please provide the following:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return

Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error.

Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. For returns on items that were shipped using our free shipping option, you will be credited the purchase price of the item less any shipping & insurance charges we incurred to ship your order. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages.

Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed once the item has been received at our returns processing center.
